A Few Days in the City

This weekend Dani headed north on a trip with her friend, and I was left alone here in the city. I spent the last two days walking around San Francisco, drinking coffee, writing, visiting bookstores, watching movies and sketching. A relaxing few days that I sorely needed. I can't wait for next weekend!
Here are some of the sketches, humble as they are.

Enjoy,

James

These were done with A Signo Pen in a pocket moleskine, with photoshop added later.

  9. Nice linework I must try that Signo pen! My faves are 3 4 and 5 down. I have one in a sketch book similar in posing to the one you've done of the guy sprawled on his seat. Maybe I'll post it so you can see. Funny how some people slouch like that on a train/subway. Was he letting it all hang out after work?

I get them from a japanese stationer here in SF.
